Based on the work of Serbo-Brazilian composer Suba (Mitar Subotic), the short follows a robot who invades the rainforest, opposed to another machine summoned by the natives. The story refers to the civil war in the former Yugoslavia.
The song is entitled Sereia and features vocals by Cibelle. It is included in Suba’s last album, São Paulo Confessions.
The movie has been written and directed by Alastair Graham. Zor and Gor, the robots, have been designed by Zoran Janjetov and Goran Sudžuka. 2D animations by Tom Jackson AKA Stringmouse.
