Andrea is a renowned horror movie blogger, faces a pre-wedding crisis as she doubts her worthiness for her fiancé, Raul (Antonio Anzilotti De Nitto). Seeking relaxation, Raul organises a bachelorette getaway to a country house in the south of Italy, linked to a terrifying legend.
The group unwittingly encounters the Blood Equinox Killer, but Andrea, drawing on her expertise in horror movies, manages to defeat him. A shocking twist occurs at midnight when her friends return alive, revealing that Andrea had unintentionally killed an actor during a staged horror game. As the group realises that the game has taken a sinister turn, they now face a real and unknown threat.
