Hold Please (2005)

After a nasty break-up with her boyfriend, Jane returns to their apartment to pick up her things. Although she has drowned her sorrows in plenty of vodka, she still feels her anger, self-pity and grief keenly. She begins writing a suicide note. Then, she sits down on the edge of the bed, pulls out a gun and rests the barrel on her chin. So was that it? She takes a deep breath. And in this moment her ex-boyfriendÕs friendly cat leaps up onto her lap. The animalÕs zest for life helps Jane to break out of her desperation for a moment. She picks up the phone and dials the crisis lineÉ
