In 2007, he created the theatrical company " Yamada Japan ". While working on screenwriting / directing of all Yamada Japan films, he produces a number of stages, both outside theaters and outside, as well as writing on TV dramas and movies. In recent years it has attracted attention from many points by expanding the place of activity such as live tour of artists, production of PV, launch and composition of radio program, and as the first film director in 2015. Although Yamada himself appears to appear in the work of Yamada Japan, it is sometimes appearing as a performer at the time of performances of only theater company members. In that case, he will do all the work, directing and casting.

In June 2008 Yamada Japan won the Young Director Competition 2007 Excellence Award sponsored by the Japan Director Association at the first work "Gaesten Le Rou" (works and director Yori Yamada) . Together with the award-winning members at this time, Yamada Japan will serve as the presiding official of the theater company.
