Li Jiaqi or Austin Li is a Chinese internet celebrity, video announcer, singer and teacher of Taobao writing and media courses at Jiangsu Normal University. He was born in Yueyang City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China, and started his webcasting career in Shanghai.
