Duncan's short screenplay "Icarus of Normandy" took top honors in the 2010 Going Green Film Festival in Los Angeles.

Duncan created the national 7DayPSA competitions in 2009 which went on to receive three New England Emmy nominations in 2011.

Duncan co-wrote the documentary "Partnership Runs Deep" that runs in the Smithsonian's Ocean's Hall and the piece won two Gold Screen Awards in 2009.
