Éric Morin’s first fiction feature film is HUNTING THE NORTHERN GODARD, which he both wrote and directed. He has also directed the short movies LAST CHANCE KABARET, December 1970 and Opasatica. The latter was presented in over twenty film festivals around the world, including Barcelona, Clermont-Ferrand and Cannes. Éric Morin is the director of numerous music videos, of live concert videos (for Bande à part amongst others) and of the DVD PERREAU ET LA LUNE (nominated at Adisq and awarded the Gamik’s Best DVD of the Year Award in 2008). At the Gémeaux in 2010, his feature length documentary, MUTANTES: DANS LA TETE DE PIERRE LAPOINTE, was nominated for Best Cultural Documentary. As a television director, he created MANGE TA VILLE, which won the Gémeaux Award for Best Direction in a Cultural Magazine in 2009 and 2010, as well as five Gémeaux Awards for Best Cultural Magazine between 2006 and 2011. He also directed LA LISTE and ILS DANSENT with Nico Archambault, and is the image designer for Bazzo.tv.
