Chonan (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi) is a waiter at the Hotel Venus. He is responsible for meals and laundry for the hotel's guests. The hotel has long-term guests including a doctor (Teruyuki Kagawa) who is now an alcoholic, the doctor’s wife (Miki Nakatani) who dreams of her husband returning to his former respected self, Soda (Jo Eun-Ji) who dreams of owning a flower shop and a boy (Lee Joon-Gi) who calls himself as Killer. There's also the mysterious owner of The Hotel Venus.
One day, Gai (Park Jung-Woo) and Sai (Ko Do-Hee) appear at the hotel. Due to their appearance, the painful pasts of the guests at the hotel are revealed. They face their difficult pasts, while trying to find hope for the future.
