Years after a devastating case shattered his faith in justice, former FBI profiler Malcolm Miller has walked away from the Bureau and built a fragile new life with his daughter. But when echoes of that case suddenly resurface, Malcolm is drawn back into the hunt. Reuniting with his old partner Mia Lewis, he finds himself facing a killer whose twisted crimes blur the line between nightmare and reality. As the investigation tightens, Malcolm must confront both the ghosts of his past and the deadly obsession of a predator known only as "The Hook"...before it's too late.
