Priscilla W. Eastwold was born and raised in the French Quarter of New Orleans. She studied dance at an early age. She soon married a man (Brian A. Eastwold) who worked handling tax revenue for all local entertainments, including theatre, sporting events and tournaments, concerts, and fairs and festivals, including the now famous New Orleans Jazz Fest. They gave birth to five children, several of whom are in the entertainment field today. Daughter Vanessa Eastwold writes and produces in the Los Angeles area, while son Daren Eastwold is an accomplished dancer and choreographer. Priscilla Eastwold's granddaughter, Cassandra Eastwold, has acted and is now a working film editor. Another grandchild is a model.
