Made in 1971, the story allegorically implies the seven stages of the way love as termed by mythic poets of Persia for the seven subsequent stages in revelation if insight or truth. In the film, time on films appears in guise of an aged knight, who travels through the different stages of revelation of nature and society in every stage. The emotional and rational life of mankind taking a new color. The knight arrives in the Seven Cities - The City of Love – and is astonished and dejected because of the loneliness and gloominess of the atmosphere. He sits by the main square and starts telling his adventure.
