Shanda Lee Munson was born in the Midwest and has been working in modeling, theater, television and film since a very young age. Her first feature film was "Remember the Titans" starring Denzel Washington. Work in several feature films and television shows followed.

She graduated from college with degrees in Business Administration, Public Relations and Spanish. She is married to Eric Walter Munson, a professional baseball player. They have a son and daughter together.
