"The Dummy" is a 1982 student film picked up by HBO, TMC, and Showtime in the early days of cable TV. It received extensive play for almost ten years, more than any other short film. It was often used as a bumper for horror movies and suspense anthologies like "Alfred Hitchcock Presents," inspiring the "Child's Play" (Chucky) films. "The Dummy" was the source of nightmares for a generation of kids watching late night television in the 1980s.

Odeio esses brinquedos! Sempre tive medo, haha.
O curta é bem massa! Adorei os cortes iniciais, acho que teria mantido melhor o suspense se tivessem continuado da mesma forma até o fim... Mas, pra época em que foi feito, ficou realmente bom!
