The Tube is a BBC Two television documentary which looks into the life of those who work and travel on London Underground. The show first aired on Monday 20 February 2012. The show was first announced by the director of BBC Two in October 2011. It is worth noting that the show is similar to the 2003 ITV series, with the same name, which was also a documentary on London Underground.
