Alex was born in Ireland, raised in Kenya and now lives in Canada. He has been acting for just over two years, since the age of 11. He gave a stunning performance in the critically acclaimed, award-winning, TV drama series, "Durham County" in the large principal role as the son Mark Verrity (season 2), with Hugh Dillon and Michelle Forbes. This was closely followed by the very moving and vulnerable short film "Stopped"; another large principal role in the dramatic film "My Nanny's Secret" with Haylie Duff and Jessica Steen; a principal role in the Hallmark film "Family Gathering"; in episodes of two new TV series "Blue Mountain State" and "18 To Life", and in the movie "The Boy She Met On-Line".
