Saul Hudson, conhecido pelo seu nome artístico Slash, é um guitarrista anglo-americano mundialmente famoso como integrante da formação clássica da banda Guns N' Roses, com quem alcançou sucesso mundial no final da década de 1980 e início dos anos 90.

È um guitarrista de rock, músico, compositor e produtor britânico-americano. Tornou-se conhecido pelo seu trabalho no Guns N' Roses, e já tocou também em sua própria banda, a Slash's Snakepit; atualmente integra o Velvet Revolver, com os ex-companheiros do Guns N' Roses Duff McKagan e Matt Sorum. Sua guitarra preferida é a Gibson Les Paul.

Possui entre suas marcas registradas cobrir seu rosto com a longa cabeleira, usar uma cartola, solar e correr, tocar enquanto fuma um cigarro, influência do blues. Seu reconhecimento fica por conta de suas composições que, "teoricamente", não são tão complexas, mas a sua habilidade faz com que ele adicione um "toque" a mais mesmo em músicas simples.

Seus solos também são conhecidos por trazer de volta as influências do blues, na linha do rock dos anos 70, fugindo da tendência de sua época.
